Founder and Director
Andy Warmington
Andy has previously led his own CIC since 2015, since being recognised as the leading inclusive and disability coaching provider in the region. Andy has also worked as Head Coach at Solihull Arden club where he developed a vibrant junior and adult programme. During this time, the club received the ‘National Club of the Year Award’ as recognition for their development initiatives. In 2017, he was awarded a Mayor’s Civic honour for his services to sport in Solihull.
Founder and Director
Sam Hewitt
Sam is very passionate about sport and physical education in schools. Alongside this, he also designs and manages several community-based projects focusing on physical activity within the community. Sam has a great understanding of project management, budget allocation and the effective use of social media and content producing.
Digital Marketing Manager
Caitlin Gray
Caitlin has a bachelors degree from the University of Salford in Multimedia Journalism.She has undergone several placements at various news and entertainment outlets in the North West, and has produced published works. Caitlin promotes our services through social media, and produces all print and media content via online and physical platforms. Caitlin is currently undergoing her level 5 leadership qualification, completing her level 3 in 2022.
