We look to provide opportunities to a range of different audiences, all in different stages of their lives. The intention is providing a supportive environment that welcomes and encourages a diverse range of individuals who are currently not progressing with their career across the Midlands Region provides targeted developmental support for individuals who are currently looking to explore new opportunities, this maybe for support to change the career pathway they are currently heading down, to develop their skill set or to support individuals in finding a suitable role that matches their needs and requirements.
Ignite Your Ambition will specifically work with the below audiences to ensure that our efforts are streamlined, focused and engaging for individuals that access our services and help them to build resilience, achieve their goals and get the support they wanted.
We specialise in the following:
-14-24 year olds not currently in education.
-Those who are currently unemployed.
-Adults with special educational needs and disabilities.
